For our 4^th of July cookout my daughter Brigette decided to make a Patriotic dessert. For her first trick she transformed a plain white cake into a royal blue master piece and coupled it with a banana cream filling to die for and a hand made whipped cream icing. The piece de resistance was a sweet, red glaze filled with freshly cut strawberries. Lauren wouldn’t let me lick the plate but there weren’t any crumbs left either.
